Dingfeng Capacitor -- Power capacitor sub-compensation and co-complement

Aug 26,2019

The power capacitor is supplemented by three phases and compensates for the same capacity at the same time. The compensation is calculated separately for each phase and compensated separately. The low-voltage compensation capacitor cabinet is equipped with a common (three-phase) capacitor and a supplementary (single-phase) capacitor. When the capacitor is switched, it is put into operation first, and then put into operation after being supplemented. Because the load distribution needs to balance the three-phase load as much as possible. For a transformer, it is not necessary to use only the load of a certain phase. Therefore, most of them should be supplemented, and the small part is divided. This is more reasonable and more economical (compensation is more expensive).

the difference:

A total of three: capacitors, three-phase circuit compensation at the same time.

Sub-compensation: Single-phase capacitors compensate for single-phase circuits.

The advantages of the total complement:

The control is simple, the price is low, the reliability is good, and the maintenance and repair are convenient. Low requirements for the compensation controller.

Insufficient compensation:

In the case of three-phase unbalance, it is impossible to compensate, or the balance is unbalanced.

The advantages of subtotal:

When the imbalance can be dealt with, the compensation accuracy is high.

Insufficient subsidy:

The price is expensive, the control is complicated, and the line is complicated. Maintenance and maintenance is difficult. High requirements are placed on the compensation controller.
